Adult Access & Research Use Acknowledgement

Effective August 2026

1. Adult access. You confirm that you are at least 21 years of age.
2. Professional research capacity. You are acquiring these materials in an institutional or professional research capacity and have the authority, training, facilities, and procedures appropriate for the materials ordered.
3. Research use only. Products are supplied solely for lawful laboratory research and are not for human or veterinary use or consumption, self-experimentation, clinical use, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of disease.
4. Handling responsibility. You are responsible for applicable permits and institutional approvals and for lawful receipt, storage, handling, transfer, use, and disposal of the materials.
5. Truthful information. Your identity, contact, professional, organization, and intended-use information must be accurate and current. You may not claim credentials or authority you do not hold.
6. Eligibility review. Veroryx may pause an unshipped order and request information reasonably connected to your qualifications, purchasing authority, or intended laboratory use.
7. Sensitive information. A verification request will not require passwords, email security codes, complete payment-card credentials, unrelated medical information, or confidential research details unnecessary for the stated purpose.
8. Cancellation protection. If you cannot or choose not to complete a reasonable information request, you may cancel affected unshipped items. Veroryx will not impose a verification fee or cancellation penalty for those items.
9. Electronic acceptance and records. Your required selections and account or order activity may be retained as permitted by the Privacy Policy to document acceptance, prevent fraud, support compliance review, and resolve payment disputes.
10. Review the complete agreement. The full Research Purchase Terms and Researcher Agreement govern orders and explain payment authorization, refunds, disputes, liability, and preservation of mandatory rights.
